Baked Sweet Potato Fries
Baked Sweet Potato Fries

The easiest and healthiest sweet potato fries you will ever eat
Ingredients
  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into fries
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • sea salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • spices: cumin or chili powder, dry ranch mix, whatever extra flavorings you might want.
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Peel the potatoes… which I find completely therapeutic… and cut into thin fries. The thinner the crispier! Coat with olive oil, sprinkle on sea salt and pepper. Spread out on cookie sheet, making sure they don’t overlap and have some space around them.
  2. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes until soft and starting to brown on the outside. If I want them extra crunchy… I then place the oven on hi broil for a SHORT time… like 2 minutes! This will crisp up the outsides.
